Therapy sessions are available in person and online.

Therapy is offered for individuals of all ages, although I specialize in working with youth aged 3-17 and young adults. Concerns that may be addressed in therapy include those related to:

Therapy Rates
My rates are as follows:

50-minute session (individual) for $140
-
75-minute session (family or individual) for $210
I currently accept payment via cash, e-transfer, and credit card.

As psychotherapy and counselling are not yet regulated in Manitoba, I ask that you please reach out to your insurance provider directly to inquire whether they will cover my services. Many insurance companies have started to cover mental health counselling, however if not, I have a letter of support from the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association that may assist with such.
