My Approach
Depending on the child's developmental age and personal needs and preferences, I will incorporate play, art, talk, somatic or attachment-focused therapy techniques into their treatment. All of which are effective in helping children/teens express and explore their thoughts and feelings, developing coping strategies, and fostering resilience.

Treatment may include psychoeducation and consultation with the individual child/teen, as well as with their caregivers. Additionally, collaboration with other supports in the individual's life, for example, school support staff and social workers, may be offered to help support the individual outside of therapy.
